Why Trenbolone Makes You Sweat? Learn The Truth

Update: Looking for more info on the side effects of Tren? Check out our updated Trenbolone Side Effects blog post to discover all of the juicy details about the crappy side effects of Tren A.

Trenbolone acetate, or Tren A for short, is regarded by many bodybuilders as one of the most powerful anabolics available. As a compound, it’s approximately three times more androgenic than testosterone. It’s so powerful that it’s not even meant to be used by humans; its only legal use is in farming to help bulk up cows. And cows are a lot bigger than you.

To this day, no one’s really sure why Trenbolone makes users sweat buckets. One theory is that Tren ramps up your metabolic rate, which means your body becomes much more thermogenically active. Your body uses this excess heat to burn energy, which could explain your increase in sweatiness.

Another possible explanation is that Tren doesn’t aromatize, which means that you’re is less likely to hold water under your skin. This leads to a harder, more solid physique, which is why it’s so popular among competitive bodybuilders. It may be the expulsion of this water from the body that increases the rate of perspiration.

An Inconvenient Side Effect

Many users report sweating during the night, but have noted that this problem is intermittent. Tren is a short ester, which means that people often take it every other day (this is sometimes abbreviated on forums as EOD). Users may be more likely to experience sweating during the night following the day of administration, and less likely on days of no injections.

Of course, it could well be a mixture of an increased metabolic rate and an increase in water expulsion that leads to such pronounced sweating. We also need to consider the dosage taken. The average EOD dose of Tren is between 75 and 150mg. You may sweat less if the dose is lowered to 50mg, but then, of course, the other effects would be reduced, and vice versa if the dose increased.

What This Means For You

The bottom line is that everybody is different. You could be taking exactly the same dose as another user and sweat a hell of a lot more than they do. It’s also pretty difficult to stop this side effect. I’ve seen it suggested that those suffering from excessive sweating should consume considerably less water – almost to the point of severe dehydration – because “if you don’t put it in, you can’t sweat it out.” This is terrible advice and can cause severe health problems. It’s also worth considering that the increased sweat rate may lead to bouts of acne, as sweating opens up the pores in the skin, which in turn allows dirt to enter.
