I'm a firm believer that a smile is worth more than
1000 words. If you want to make it as an athlete or
fitness model, people will be far more willing to
offer their help and advice if you are kind in return.

Personally I need 8 hours sleep a day to feel fired up and ready. When you sleep, your
body recovers and repairs. There's no point lifting for gains then adopting the attitude you'll
sleep when you're dead! I hear this all too often.
