Went from 26% to 23% body fat. And went from 20.1 to 21.6 body mass.
When I started my first cycle it was hard to even squat 60 lbs without my lungs burning and back hurting. now I am dead lifting 150 lbs without breaking a sweat.
I start my gym session with yoga/stretching and focus specifically on activating which ever muscle group I will be training that particular day. Then I do my cardio which I like to switch up from either running 1 mile/swim laps/or dance in the dance studio for about an hour. After cardio, I lift my free weights and then finish on machines. Although I work a different muscle group every day; my core I work on every gym session for 30min.
I am a published model so it’s important for me to stay in shape; the better I look, the more I get booked. I was busting myself in the gym day in and out for hours without feeling like I was seeing any real muscle gain. I was in shape but felt skinny and wanted more definition and curves. The only way to achieve that was through gaining good muscle weight. That’s what your products have done for me. And when my schedule gets hectic and I’m constantly traveling with little to no time to be in the gym every day, my results have maintained. I am very happy with what I’ve seen so far and look forward to seeing how much better my body will get. Having positive results only makes me want to work harder toward all my goals.
